Use our 'Add To Cart' button on the product page and follow the prompts of the checkout page located in the top right hand corner of the webpage.
If a product is not in stock currently, you will not be able to add to cart.
Should you want to be notified once the product is available again, use our 'Notify When Back In Stock' or reach out to our team.
If an item is out of stock that you would like to purchase, you can use our 'Back In Stock Notification' to be updated once the product is back in stock.
Additionally, you can reach out to out team to create a backorder/stock allocation in our system.
Yes, we are an online only store for any of our products that we stock locally.
Unfortunately no. Our online warehouse is not setup for customers to come and pick up their orders. These pose an occupational health and safety risk (OH&S) as there are many trucks coming and going throughout the day.
Delivery
Once your purchase has been packed and despatched by our team, you will receive a confirmation email from Acium advising your tracking details which will link to the carrier your product(s) has been sent with.
If you have provided a contact number at checkout, you may also receive tracking events from the carrier delivering your item(s).
Place your order before 1 pm AEST and your order will leave our Woodend warehouse the same business day. Orders placed after 1 pm aren’t guaranteed to leave same day, however, we’ll always endeavour to get orders packed before our daily AusPost collection.
All orders over $69 AUD are offered free standard postage through Australia Post, with additional options to upgrade to Express carrier services at the checkout. We use Australia Post as our carrier of choice for both domestic and international orders.
Bulky shipments, like framesets and/or wheels ship via StarTrack Express for domestic orders, or FedEx for international orders.
We use custom made to fit cartons/boxes for each of our products. This ensures they are packed snug and reduce any possible chance of damage in transit via our carrier partners. For an additional touch, they are also Acium tape branded so you know what to look out for amongst all your other deliveries ;)
All order are posted from our warehouse in Woodend, Victoria, Australia

At Acium Sports we are committed to always offering the best value, which we do with the Acium Sport Price Match.

Although we may not be able to match all requests, we will try our best to accommodate where possible and beat alternative options online.
In the checkout process of confirming your order, you will have a box called 'Discount code or gift card' which will allow you to enter in your code value there.
Once the code has been entered and you click apply, the value/offer will be applied to the respective items in your cart.
Returns & Warranty

No you do not. If you have lodged a return/exchange of an order that has been approved by our Acium team, we will send through a prepaid postage label at no cost to yourself.
You have 30 days to exchange an item from the day it was delivered by the carrier.
Yes, all goods supplied by Acium Sports are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. If an item has failed and you believe it to be a claimable warranty, please fill out our WARRANTY RETURNS FORM to start the process.
Please note that we endeavour to resolve warranty assessment in a timely manner, however due to the complexity of some products it might need to be returned to the distributor and in some cases the manufacturer for assessment.

All helmets sold on Acium Sports comply and have the AS/NZS (Australian and New Zealand) helmet safety standard.
Any helmet purchased outside of Australia will not comply/have this standard/certification represented on the product.
