RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 
At Acium Sport, we want you to shop with confidence. If a product is found to be unsuitable for its intended use under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find the best solution before the returns process begins.
 
Return Window
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cost of Returns
  • Free returns are available if you choose an exchange or opt for a credit note.
  • If you request a refund, both the original shipping fee and the return postage will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Return a Product
  1. Complete our online returns form.
  2. Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), our team will email you a prepaid Australia Post label (Australian customers only).
  3. Place your item(s) securely in a box—please don’t tape or label the product packaging directly.
  4. Attach the return label and lodge the parcel at your local post office, ensuring it’s scanned in.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse:
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours and confirmed via email.
  • Exchanges will be processed as a new order—you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking.

We strongly recommend using a trackable service with signature on delivery. Please note: Acium Sports is not responsible for items lost in transit.
 
If Your Return Doesn’t Meet Our Policy
If your item does not comply with our returns policy, we’ll contact you. You can:
  • Collect it from our Central Victoria warehouse, or
  • Have it re-shipped to you for a $18.00 fee.
Items not claimed within 90 days will be donated to charity.
 
Abuse of Returns
We reserve the right to decline returns if we believe the policy is being misused or if excessive return requests are made.
 
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not functioning as it should, please complete our Warranty Form to begin a claim.
